Privacy Policy

FreelanceInvoice is designed to let you create invoices without opening an account or sending invoice content to an application database. This policy explains what the tool processes and what remains under your control.

Invoice information

The business, client, line-item, payment and tax information you enter is processed in your browser. The application does not upload that invoice content to our servers. PDF generation and printing also happen on your device.

Locally saved drafts

The generator automatically saves a draft in your browser’s local storage so you can continue after refreshing or reopening the page on the same browser and device. This draft is not synchronized between devices. You can remove it at any time with the Clear Local Data button in the invoice editor or through your browser settings.

Logo files

When you add a PNG, JPG or WebP logo, the image is read, resized and stored with the draft locally in your browser. The application does not upload the logo to an application server. Avoid using a shared device if the logo or invoice contains confidential information.

Hosting and technical data

The hosting provider may process standard technical request information needed to deliver the website, such as an IP address, browser type, requested URL and request time. FreelanceInvoice does not use the invoice fields you enter for analytics, advertising profiles or account creation.

Advertising placeholders and third parties

The current site contains reserved advertising spaces but does not include third-party advertising code. If third-party services are added in the future, this policy should be updated before those services are enabled.

Your choices

You can use the generator without registration, avoid saving a draft by clearing local data before leaving, and use your browser controls to remove site data. If you export or send an invoice, the copy you create is then handled according to the storage and sharing choices you make.

Material changes to how the application handles data will be reflected on this page with a revised update date.
